This is a translation provided for convenience. The document is drawn up under the law of the Russian Federation, and the Russian version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. General provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data is processed on the aktivforge.comwebsite (hereinafter the Site) and is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On personal data".

Personal data operator: the Administration of the "AktivForge.com" Site. The Site is a business card website with a portfolio section and does not itself provide any service that requires registration or entering personal data.

2. What data is processed

The Site is designed around data minimisation:

  • the Site has no forms that send or store personal data;
  • the Site does not use cookies, does not install web analytics counters (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics and the like) and carries no advertising pixels;
  • the Site does not pass visitor data to third parties and hosts no third-party tracking scripts; fonts and all other assets are loaded from our own server.

The only automatic processing concerns technical web server records (logs). On a request to the Site the server records, as standard, the IP address, the date and time of the request, the browser type (User-Agent) and the requested page address. These records are used solely to keep the Site working and secure, are kept for no longer than 7 days and are then deleted automatically. They are not used to identify individuals and are not combined with any other data.

About the demonstration pages.Some works in the portfolio contain interface mock-ups with input fields (for example a "phone" field in the car service demo). These are non-interactive design samples: they send nothing and store nothing, and no personal data is collected through them.

3. Legal grounds and purposes of processing

Technical logs are processed on the basis of the operator's legitimate interests (Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ) for the purpose of keeping the Site running, protected and diagnosable. No other categories of personal data are collected by the Site.

4. Getting in touch

For contact the Site offers links to the external services Telegram and Discord. Once you follow those links, data processing is governed by the policies of those services rather than by this Policy. When you send a message through a messenger, you decide yourself what information about yourself to share.

5. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data, to demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to the contacts given below.
